Preferably ones that work fast and I can make at home that actually work.

Toothpaste on pimples overnight usually dry them out effectively.
I have also tried Baking Powder mixed with water.
For an exfoliating acne scrub, I suggest Powdered/Crushed aspirin.
It contains Salicylic Acid.

Lemon juice dabbed on a pimple will dry it out overnight. Super strong chamomile tea will calm redness and make your skin glow. A mask of lightly whipped egg whites left on for 10 minutes will snap pores shut.
I have tired all these and they work well
#1: sugar and lemon juice… mix them together in a bowl and use as a scrub
#2: Baking soda and water: mix them together until it forms a paste and rub onto face like a mask and let sit for 10 -15 mins, then rinse off
#3: Use hydrogen peroxide on acne pimples helps dry them up!!!
All of these have showed results for me
Drink a lot of water, and eat healthy foods. It actually helps a lot. Vitamins are super good for your skin, but you probably already knew that.
Honey masks work really well, and so does steaming your face. Never pick at your acne. Witch hazel dries out zits.
Also, yoga can help your complexion.

I’ve had incredible results simply massaging with essential oils. Oils are perfect moisturizers.you will need no other. Do not remove as helps the healing process. Many name brand moisturizers are seriously skin harming and a cause of acne. Simply splash face with water and dab dry with tissues. Does not leave face oily.
