@cbcbization Yup, used to be on my forehead and chin mainly. I am still a little prone to getting it, so I have to follow my own advice to keep it away.

@epicbeautyguide Hey thanks! But yeah, I’m a long distance runner, so carbs are a big part, but so is water (loads of it…). And yeah, greens, fruits, etc. I’m not a fan of soda or candy really, I really would prefer raspberries or strawberries as dessert!
But thanks!
@goldmousette Hot tea is great for you and since it’s water and herbs, it does count toward your daily hydration needs. Just make sure it’s a quality tea and you’re not adding any artificial sweeteners.

@OhMyAlyona Hey there! Yes, genetics can play a role, but there are certain things that “activate” those genetics. It could be the environment or allergies, but it also depends on what you consider eating healthy. Do you eat dairy and bread? If so, those are common causes of acne. Do you eat a lot of leafy greens and organic fruit? If so, then that’s really healthy eating right there.

@OhMyAlyona the same here

does drinking hot tea count as water? i don’t like coffee, but drink at least 2 cups of tea a day.
@xhensilda114 i dont eat fried potatoes and hardy ever any chocolate. I don’t have clear skin. I eat really healthy foods every single day, I wash twice a day, moisterize, use sun screen, exfoliate, and still don’t have clear skin.
its either genetics or the air/atmosphere/location where i live.
so i’m still working on it.
i have a clear skin. the secret???? just don’t eat chocolates and fry patatoes.

I never use anything on my face, my skin looks young and fresh without even using any kind of products.
Wow! That was a lot of tips.. and they all sounded pretty reasonable. I like how you think. Cause my friend always gives into the “scientifically and clinically proven” crap out there that people want you to buy in order to have healthy skin. But i’ve always been more of the “all natural” kind of girl and well.. i just wasn’t buyin any of it. So hearing others talk of natural ways to keep healthy skin is awesome!
I’ll deff. have fun trying these!
Where did you get your slik pillowcases?
THANK YOU SO MUCH! =D
…wait…. what do you mean lotion mask? #4… i don’t understand what that is? o.O
