This video was a kind of renaissance for me.. I knew all of this already, but after one breakout I began a downward obsession of clearing my skin. I’d try something new constantly and try to get creative with my skin treatment. I always ignored researching “cosmetic acne” because it sounded like something you only get from makeup. @peanutcowgirl1 yeah the apple cider vinegar really works. Been applying it to my face now two times a day for a week and it REALLY helps if u give it some time

thanks for the advise but you should try something. get apple cider vinegar and put 3 tea spoons of it into a glass of water, u can either drink it (do that three times a day) or put a few more tea spoons into to the glass and use a cotton ball and wash your face with it leave it on for 10 minutes and then wash it off and do that once a day. if you want to consult a doctor before doing so thats fine but my doctor recommended it to me and my skin is amazing. hope this helps.

@ngveantat um hey i think what ur talking about are blackheads. dont pop them! thats just scary :S mix salt and olive oil together and use it as scrub (if u have sensitive skin dont use salt use brown sugar instead but salt works much better) and use a refining toner for the blackheads

Hi there, thanks for sharing you knowledge with us, I like your videos and I find them to be the most sensible! I have a couple of questions if I may:
1. Recently a doctor told me that Diet has very little to do with acne (based on recent discoveries), What do you know about this subject?
2. Is there a difference between Men and women? I’m a man, so I have the advantage of not using make up ;P but still I feel that my acne (although mild) is caused by external influence, Thanx for your time.
hey i have this problem.its not really acne.they’re not really scars too.but i think they are dead skin.they are black in colour.is it cuz if blood clott after i tried to pop it.i pop alot of them be4 knowing i wasnt suppose too…damn parents -.-
i also try to stay with the natural skin products, but i just wanted to get rid of pimples soo fast that i just needed to go to the derma. my dr. reccomended for me “epiduo”, and going to the dermatologist was probably my besst suggestion. threwout one week i noticed amazing results and after 2 weeks it was completly gone! the only side offect that i occured was drying of the skin, but u can use moisturizer for that!
With all the dangerous chemicals out there in beauty products, be careful. Be good to your body and it’ll be good to you Try to go the natural route as much as you can, your body will appreciate it. Acne won’t go away over night, and can even take years to find what works for you. I know having a lot of acne is horrible, but you can get through it and, no matter what, know that YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL!
@cherriesandwine oh, and derma e has a really good all natural face wash called very clear problem skin cleanser. It’s very refreshing. Helped clear up a lot of my acne in about a month or so. It’s good, cause everything I put on my face usually burns, or leaves a dry yucky feeling. It’s pricey at 14$, but it lasts a long time and has become I can’t live without it. Aztec Secret Indian Healing Clay is great too!! Just lay it on thick and sucks everything out! I add ACV and witch hazel to it.
@BrutalSleep85 I’ve tried this and it’s really good. I did that and used a detox tea for a month and it really helped more than any pill my derm could have given me. For girls with hormonal acne, taking a primrose oil tablet everyday, and take two the week before, during, and after your period. It has made such a difference. Even using it as a night cream is awesome. Just don’t put the primrose oil in the fridge and get a good quality from a health food store, like better health.
