@selenajackson5 Normal table salt has chemicals. Sea salt is a little coarser so it’s a better exfoliant, and more of a natural choice, therefore, more effective. You can use baking? soda or drop an uncoated aspirin in a few drops of water; it will break up after a few seconds and helps reduce redness. Sugar works as well
