Hi Bellas, I had a lot of requests for this video so here it is! This is my simplified skincare routine to deal with not only the warmer weather of the summer but also to deal with my stress related breakouts from school. I swear by the netrogena brand of cosmetics. The liquid foundation actually makes skin look better when you take it off. It also looks natural. Their touch up sticks are infused with salicilic acid which helps get rid of pimples and acne. Good luck!!!!!
Clinique has an oil- control foundation, and that is best to use on your face, because it not only controls your oil, but it can also help prevent breakouts! hallelujah!:D In addition, they a a non-bacterial brush, so when you use it on those blemishes it will not spread the germs around! You didn’t ask this, but I really think I should let you in on this secret:) If you have a red blemish out a green tinted con sealer on top of it and dab a tiny bit of your usual cover up on top:0 Why green though? Because red and green are opposites of each other on the color wheel, complimentary colors. And when they are mixed together they will create a neutral color!
Hope this helps!
The best thing to do is wear the most minimum amount of make-up. You should work on making your skin look better instead of covering it up. I know that sometimes you really do need to cover up scars and blemishes, so just use some concealer. Don’t overdo it, or it’ll just look cakey and it’ll attract more attention to the blemish instead of covering it up. Use a powder to set the concealer and use a cheek stain or blusher. That’s all you really need on your face. Start washing it every morning with a gentle exfoliating cleanser and start using a toner as well. Make sure you use a good moisturiser and sunscreen. At night, make sure you remove all your make-up and use a good cleanser and tone your face. Moisturise it well as well. Soon your acne will start to clear up and your skin will look much better. you will hardly even need any make-up any more.
