Question by the crystal: what works for cystic acne now that we can’t get accutane?
accutane is the only thing that worked for me. My face was clear for a whole year ( 2 years ago). I still get cystic acne, and I am 39 years old. I live in hot, sweaty Texas which doesnt help. They’re all on my chin.

You can still get “accutane”. Well, you can get the generic form, as Roche no longer makes the brand name. So, if you still need it, your doctor can prescribe one of the generic forms of it.

You may be deficient in ESSENTIAL FATTY ACIDS… DO YOU KNOW IF YOU ARE OR NOT? Do you know how to find out? Fish oils, grape seed oils, olive oils, and flax seed oils may be in order!!!

I just got off Accutane (the generic form, but it works just as well).
Go to your dermatologist and they’ll put you on your second round.
