I need to know what brand is the best and what products from that brand are the best.

Also, if there is a certain order in which to use them (if multiple products go together) i would like to know that too.

Well Proactive works for some people,
but not everyone.
I used it, and it made my skin WORSE.
Clean and clear works very well,
but again, it might not work for your skin type.
I went to a dermatologist,
and they will prescribe exactly what you need,
based on your skin type, so it is guaranteed to work.
My skin is now clear, glowing, and GORGEOUS!
