head and shoulders. if you wash your face with it it will work amazing! I tried a million different skin products from clearasil to more expensive washes from beauty stores but head and shoulders works better than these!! I had extremly oily skin and i could tell the difference in that in one wash so of course the acneclears up soon after! Just make sure to rinse it all off!!

Have you heard about Acnezine? Its a great product for getting rid of acne and also prevent future acne from happening. If you would like more information about acnezine or if you would like to see the testimonials of the people Acnezine has helped, you can go to the website below.
Hope all goes well.
I have been battling acne since the sixth grade, im am now 18 and still have acne. I have tried many products such as proactive, and have had little or no results. This is probably going to sound harsh, but the only person in this world that is actually going find a cure to your acne is YOU. But, I can tell you things that have helped me dramatically. 1. If you have oily skin, like me, you must stay hydrated. Im not sure how it works, but drinking plenty of water is the best thing you cant do for oily skin. 2. STAY OUT OF THE SUN!!!!! Getting a suntan, or even being exposed to the sun for more than 15 minutes a day without sunscreen is the biggest cause of acne. the biggest. I don’t care what anyone else thinks, it is the truth. I found out the hard way. Apply sunscreen of at least 15spf EVERYDAY that you go outside. If you don’t listen to anything else in this answer, PLEASE STAY OUT OF THE SUN!!!!!!!!!!!! 3. The best thing for acne scars is drinking a least 2 liters of water everyday. Water helps the skin slough off dead skin cells, which is the top layer of the skin(the scars that you see in the mirror). Aloe Vera Gel is the second best for acne scars. 4. Diet. Stay away from sugar, and all bad fats. These cause increased oil production that leads to clogged pores which leads to BIG pimples. Eat your fruits and veggies..lol. 5. Exercise will greatly help, but it is not needed. 6. Stress is the second biggest cause of acne. When you are stressed, your white blood cells(The ones that fight infection) plummet. When this happens, breakouts have the best chance to screw up your face. 7. DON’T POP ANY pimples that do not have a white head on them. But if you must, apply a warm compress for 5-10min then insert a needle until you hear/feel a *pop*. If you do pop a pimple that isn’t ready, it just causes more pimples, scars, and red spots, SO DONT POP THEM!!!!! 8. Take a daily multivitamin. You should research zinc, fish oil, and acidiphilus, for these supplements are the ones I take for acne and they help dramactically, but you must ask you doctor if it is okay to take them. 9. The rest is random thoughts on this question: Don’t take hot showers, Do a facial massage when you are washing your face, Exfoliate at most twice a week, Do a facial steam once a week, Try drinking apple cider vinegar(THIS IS A ACNE KICK-ASSER). Change your pillow cases everynight, Never touch your face with dirty hands(VERY BAD). The best product I have EVER found for getting rid of pimples is calamine lotion, just shake it up, apply on the pimple at night before bedtime and in the morning. It may not completey dry up the pimple the first night(but it almost does), but after 2 nights its gone. Remember, before applying any of these suggestions to your life, research every aspect of them, and ask your dermatoligist/doctor. NEVER LET ACNE GET YOU DOWN!!!!!! EVER!!!!!!!!!!!! Don’t let acne control your life, control acne.
it will not go away until you are 25.
A skin disorder that is visibly apparent is a major source of embarrassment to the sufferer, and getting rid of it can be a very trying and expensive experience. People suffering from acne are always in pursuit of ways that they can help prevent acne because as they say, prevention is always better than cure. Here are a few viable ways to help prevent or reduce the chances of an acne breakout, thus avoid another embarrassing moment. There are also a few natural acne treatment options for you in the event that acne occurs when you least expect it.
Acne Prevention Tips:
Always apply a honey mask on a daily basis as honey is thought to be a great disinfectant and a great way to heal acne pimples. Honey is also known to be an effective antibacterial hence will help kill acne causing bacteria from your skin.
If you have extremely long hair, why not cur it or better still, hold it in a style that it doesn’t come in contact with your facial skin, This is because hair contains oil and may trap dust particles which may be transferred to your beautiful skin.
Use a multi-vitamin twice daily to boost your nutritional value.
Vitamins should also be taken on a daily basis, particularly Vitamins A as it helps reduce an overproduction of sebum and helps prevent an acne breakout.
Avoid over-scrubbing or over-washing the skin.
Avoid stressful situation as there is enough evidence to suggest that acne can actually be triggered by emotional instability.
Take the recommended 8 glasses of water daily to keep the skin hydrated always.
Avoid alcohol based cosmetic products.
Consume foods rich in Zinc and a lot of veggies and fruits on a daily basis.
Do regular exercises to boost blood circulation in the body and to help in toxin elimination.
Be wise when selecting your cosmetic products as they can trigger acne.
Acne Home Remedy Tips:
Place a ripe tomato pulp on the acne affected areas and allow to stay for an hour before washing and patting dry with clean towels.
Apply the raw papaya juice on the acne affected areas, particularly on swelled pimples.
Apply fresh garlic on the pimples and watch them fade away.
Make a paste using orange peel and water then apply it evenly on the acne affected areas of the skin.
