I never had bad acne until I moved into my new house about 6 months ago. All of a sudden I started breaking out. Is there anyone out there who has any advise. I plan on getting a water softner soon, but until then is there anything I could do if in fact it is the water causing me to break out?

Im pretty sure that acne is an inflamation problem. I dont know if water can cause inflamation unless you have really sensitive skin.

ya, u need a water softner. big difference, i hv one. until then what about a water filter that attaches to your foset so when u wash ur face it wont be as harnful. u can buy them anywhere, home depot, lowes, walmart.
infinity times all you need is water softener and bleach my water is really bad to
the stuff in bad water can clog your pores and even leave soap residue on your skin. til you get the softener, hit up a Beauty Brands or Ulta or some other make-up specialty shop and ask them to find you a good toner.
one uses toner after washing your face to remove any soap residue and tighten up your pores. its good to use anyway, but that should help you for now.
Stridex is a sort of toner, but it very harsh. unless your skin is very oily, i wouldn’t recommend that one. if you don’t have a good beauty store, find an Avon Lady. they know everything.
