I have cystic acne on my back. I developed this when I was in high school and I used accutane to stop it. For some reason it returned not as bad but it’s there.

Please see a dermatologist.
If you can’t do a second course of accutane, I’d ask for antibiotics. Minocycline or tetracycline, maybe doxy. In large daily doses, they can be pretty effective. Unfortunately not like accutane though. Hope this helps .
Have you searched the internet about the link between dairy and ance? I think you can find something on milksucks.com. You should find out what is CAUSING the acne, rather than only treating the symptoms.
You should see a dermatologist about it. They can put you on a second round of Accutane if deemed necessary. If not, there’s always Retin-A and antibiotics. There’s really no such thing as aggressive non-prescription acne treatments in my experience. Benzoyl Peroxide and Salicyclic Acid don’t do a great job of dealing with cystic acene.
