Question by dreamer: How to get rid of mild acne scarring?
I have just a little bit of acne scarring, not a lot but enough to make me feel uncomfortable about it. Is there anything that I can buy or make that won’t cost a lot to help the scarring go away? please help me! thank you!

mederma, it’s like 20 or 30 bucks from walmart, ot any drug store.
it’s kind of a lot of money, but it really works!

There is a vitamin called DMAE that can be purchased very cheaply at a health food store. Known to repair scars and other good things if you read up on it. Also alpha lipoic acid is another vitamin that every cell in your body needs. Lastly, eat a lot of protein because that is what your body needs to repair your skin and build new and strong collagen.
If you have extra # you can buy silicone sheets to wear at night…CVS pharmacy carries them over the counter for $ 25 for 25 sheets…they are used for about three days each. These should help.
you can use plain yogurt to fade acne scars. Apply yogurt to your face twice daily. It will moisturize your face, purify it and your skin will heal much faster.
