Serious! My son had a tumor removed from his wrist – a 2 inch scar was left and thankfully it has not come back! The surgeon recommended Scar zone by sudden change- my oldest son used a little from day to day also for a few pimple scars and they faded away to where you have look very close to even see them now! The doc even said it works great on reducing stretch marks etc….. very cheap compared to what other cremes cost! Hope this helps!
